It is a Matthews Effects, The Architect V1, and is a Klone with some updates. Love this pedal. Simple to use with three controls and a 3-way clipping switch. The gain control has a dual function. With the gain turned all the way off you only hear your guitar's signal and is a great clean boost. As you turn up the gain up you are constantly adding overdrive tones in with your clean signal. Pretty cool. the clipping switch allows you to toggle between silicon, diode or germanium overdriven tones. Pedal powers up with a 9-18v adapter. See last paragraph for more details. I own two of these pedals. The one you will be bidding on I acquired from a music store that closed shop. Bought out some their inventory. The Architect pedal was in their display cabinet. Supposedly had never been played prior to me owning it. Look, I have played this pedal twice inside my home studio. The pedal functions properly and man does it sound good. So many sounds to choose from. Just a lovely pedal. I'm always weeding and feeding my gear, so help me out. Someone is going to get a really nice sounding overdrive pedal. Look might think this pedal is NEW, but it does show some extremely minimal wear on the bottom plate from setting in the display cabinet and a couple of tiny nicks in the blue finish. Seriously not much. So, I am selling this as USED. Besides there is no box, etc., included. You only get the pedal. You won't be disappointed. Lots of info online and some good you tube videos.
