I try to keep product away from my pets but the problem is they love on me, get fur on me, and it is just not possible to keep it away 100% (Particularly around the sticky tape I use.) I mention that especially if you are allergic. Other than that, the items I sell are shipped from a clean, smoke-free home. ShippingWhen packing, I try to use common sense and package the item in such a way as to avoid damage during transit. I do pre-package my items so I am able to quickly print off a label and send your item to you in a timely fashion. Please keep this in mind when asking for more photos. I recycle boxes and packing materials from amazon or anyone I receive packages from. I reuse packing materials to cushion and protect the item from harm during shipping. Some of the boxes may have imperfections or are a bit more of an eyesore than a brand new package. I believe in recycling and reusing what I am able. Not only is this less wasteful and better for the environment but it's cheaper for me and for you. My shipping charges reflect the amount you are actually paying to have it shipped to you. This is the way I have always done it. I use common sense when selecting the box for your item based on its nature and weight and it will be appropriately protected. Keep in mind, in the event that something happens to your item during shipping or you did not receive the item in the condition described, you are responsible for retaining the original shipping box to send the item back to me. If a box arrives with obvious damage, I ask you to please take photos of the package before opening. This will speed up the return process and help give me what is needed for insurance coverage purposes. ReturnsI do not accept returns on all items but I am here to work with you. I try to be reasonable and ethical. In the event of a return, items must be returned in the same condition as they were when I shipped them. You are responsible for retaining the original shipping box and packing materials. You will be responsible for providing a return shipping box and properly repacking the item to avoid damages when in transit back to me. I do not anticipate issues but realistically understand things happen. Grading Scale Below you will find a basic grading scale. Always review the photos carefully as that is the best way to determine the condition of inserts and case. The pictures are of the actual item you will receive. I do not grade jewel cases or dvd cases as those are easily and cheaply replaceable by going to thrift shops and second hand stores. When it comes to CDs, I am very good at being able to visually inspect discs to tell if they will skip or not. I purchase many CDs that have all sorts of scratches and have no playback issues whatsoever. Rarely do I find one that ends up skipping but it does happen every now and again. In general I try to play test if possible but will only specify this when I know for sure that I have. DVDs are much harder to play test because of the amount of content. I just used my best judgement on those but if there is an issue, please see returns. I do not resurface discs, I will however carefully use a lint free cloth with appropriate cleaner to remove what I can from the disc using minimal pressure. In the unlikely event you have a playback issue, you will be asked to send a video of the issue before return or refund is issued. If a disc in a bundle is confirmed to skip and not graded appropriately, I will offer to divide the number of the lot and refund the percentage for that item or offer return and refund within 30 days of purchase. Movies & TV, Music, CD, DVD,VHSBrand new: The item was never opened or removed from the manufacturer's sealing (if applicable). The item is in original shrink wrap (if applicable). Like new: The disc almost looks as if it were just taken out of shrink wrap. Any markings on the disc would have to be easy to miss if they are there. It has no significant visible wear, and all facets of the item are nearly flawless and intact. Very good (+): The item is used but still in great condition. CD/DVD cover art and liner notes are included but may have very minor wear if any. The VHS or DVD box is included but may have very minor wear to the tape or slip/case. The CD/DVD may have very few barely noticeable scratches or markings visible in certain light. VHS windows clear and clean with a possible speck or two of dust.Very good: The item is used but still in very good condition. CD/DVD cover art and liner notes are included but may have minor wear including minor age and sun fading. The VHS or DVD box is included but may have minor wear such as stickers or mild wear to the tape or slip/case. The CD/DVD may have many light scratches or markings but should not skip. VHS windows may be mildly discolored or dusty. Good: The VHS or DVD box is included but may have more significant wear such as tears or holes. VHS windows may be discolored or dusty. CD or DVD inserts may have more significant wear or tear due to age or sun fading. CDs/DVDs that are very heavily scratched but do not skip would fall into this category. It may have scuffs or minor tears to the cover or inserts. Acceptable: The item has obvious and significant wear but is still operational. CDs that skip in one or two places could fall into this category. Generally speaking, I try not to sell anything in this condition but at times I may include something in this condition when selling a lot of multiple CDs.
