Usage for Cold Treatment Place the gel-pack in a freezer for 1.5 to 2 hours. After removing the pack from the freezer, wait for 1-2 mins before applying to body. To get the best cold therapy, it is recommended to freeze the gel packs no more than 2 hours. Note Used for Cold therapy only, don't heat the pack. It’s recommended to wear the cold compress wrap for up to 20-25 minutes. DO NOT apply Cold therapy for longer than 30 mins at a time.
