So if you pay $10 shipping and it only costs me like $6.27 you'll be getting $3 quickly refunded. HANDLING TIME: I list "up to 2 business days" just because you never know what's going to happen, but most of my packages get mailed out the same or next day. RETURNS are technically accepted because if I don't check that off, eBay gets testy.
