Description: Offered are a few factory flawed Gildan t shirts tie dyed in San Francisco, CA. Occasionally small flaws in the materials are not noticed until the dye is applied, it seems a shame to waste them, so I will offer them at reduced prices. Each item will have multiple pictures, a main one and one or two to show the nature of the flaw. Currently there are 7 minor flaws:In my last order of shirts there were several with flaws in the seam where the sleeve connects with the body of the garment. This affects the M shirt here, and the 2 XL and both 4 XL shirts. I was tempted to repair and list these as regular shirts, but realize this could lead to misunderstandings; anyone with a sewing machine could easily repair these shirts and save some money.The Large shirt is a dye issue, where the back of the shirt shows a spot where the shirt came in contact with something else...likely during the dye process. This spot only affects the back of the shirt. One listed shirt shows a separation of the dye in the solid portions of the garment...purple with fuschia dots. I am not sure how/why this happened, though temperature may have played a part. The backs of the tshirts are similar to the fronts, and the dye process involved the use of procion dyes, all items were given 2 hot washes to remove any excess dye. Made of 100% cotton, this t shirt is of 6.0 ounce preshrunk cotton featuring seamless rib at neck, taped shoulder-to-shoulder; double-needle stitching throughout.
