This mirror has the plug in the back of the mirror instead of on the mirror bracket(see 4th picture), so the plug and a small amount of the wiring harness will be visible once installed. NOTE: Wire cover is not included. Many vehicles have a rather large black plastic cover over other sensors & things attached to the windshield, so on these vehicles, no wire cover is needed. However, if your vehicle has nothing on the windshield surrounding the mirror, then you will need the wire cover we have available in our eBay store.
