Description: The listing is for an Old Sheffield Plate teapot or coffee pot with burner and stand. The teapot is unmarked to give an accurate date of production or maker. It features an all over lightly chased fern design on the body and the cover. The base rests on 3 large feet. The side pins on the teapot fit into the cradle of the base. The handle may have been woven at the top at one time. Condition: The teapot and stand are in good condition as shown in the pictures. There is a burner which fits into the base properly but it has been added and not original. The spout of the teapot is in the old English style, manufactured in 3 pieces and welded. The weld is dark as shown. The inside is clean and usable. Size: The teapot stands 14.5 inches tall while on the base, the teapot alone stands 10.25 inches tall and it measures 11.15 inches wide at the widest point.
