Description: This product came to fruition from the request of a top level triathlete who wanted an integrated nutrition box for his Orbea Ordu. The frame was 3d scanned and the dual box system was designed to fit precisely. It is 3d printed in hard nylon material with cutouts in the top that can fit the shape of a finger and thumb to pull energy gels out of the box on the fly. The front box fits around the handlebar stem and then can be tightened with a bolt. We Strongly recommend it be fixed down with some form of double sided Gorilla tape also. In our tests we managed to fit 3 energy gels in the front compartment. The rear box has some loop holes in the bottom of the box in case you wanted to use cable ties to fix it to the frame. All users so far have preferred to use double sided gorilla tape to fix it to the frame which gives a neater appearance. However please not tape is not supplied with the box. This box fitted up to 7 energy when tested, giving plenty of storage for those looking to carry enough nutrition for an Ironman. The total weight of the 2 boxes combined is 120 grams.
