Description: ORIGINAL WWI WW1 Imperial German Prussian Helmet Shell - Nice Condition A nice and solid helmet shell. At first I thought it was repainted black, however in outside light you can see a very dark green color to it, which leads me to believe that it was shellacked at some point on the outside. The shell is solid and shows some rust throughout. Size 64. If you have a spare liner, this would make a great candidate for a restoration. Not one to miss! IN#0511124
