Rather, we are offering either a "2 stamp" or "3 stamp" combo to make to the first class rate of .68c. Purchasing discount postage in this way assures the buyer of receiving what will provide "ease" of utility. ...no struggling trying to make combinations of 4, 5, and even 6 stamps. Many if not most of the lots are primarily self adhesive, and many lots contain collectible sheets and booklets. When we say mint, we mean PO Fresh mint. The hinge remnants are nearly non-existant. Each lot has a couple extras to assure a "heavy" count. The 100 stamp combos have a face value of $68. The 50 stamp combos have a face value of $34. Stamps described with a fault, discount postage lots, or previously certified items not returnable.
