Description: Postcard - Greetings from Plymouth, Mass. Canopy Over Plymouth Rock. An early image of the historic site. On the back side states Private Mailing Card and shows an image of the ship, Mayflower, and Plymouth Rock wit the year 1620. Postmarked 1901 from Plymouth, Mass, and addressed to England with a postmark in London. Very good condition, small paper scrape to left of the stairway on the picture side, tiny bends at the corner tips, trace glue residue on the picture side at the top and bottom on the picture side, minor crease. Writing on picture side. The written message in part states: the hotel behind the rock we dined on Thursday. SHIPPING $1.50 by First Class Mail to addresses in the United States.
