Please READ ~ I have not laundered this item, and the fabric is crisp and clean and obviously never used. The only flaw is a 1.25" tear that happened when the salesperson was struggling to remove this HUGE, KING SIZE, very plump, NEW comforter from inside the opening of the oversized, cheap plastic and metal hanger it was forced through. The hanger broke and tore a small slit in the fabric. I have scanned BOTH sides of this item very thoroughly and have found no other defects. View the photos with the ruler and yard stick to see the location of the mended tear. It's not my neatest mend, but it's very sturdy, and I expect it will upstand laundering for many years to come. It blends in very well with this lovely pattern. The location is at the foot-end on the same corner as the RL label. Eleven inches from the side and 22 inches from the foot-end corner. I have to run my hand over the fabric to locate the mend so to save you from the SEARCH, I have rolled the comforter, tied it gently with raffia, and positioned the tied knots on either side of the mend and I also positioned two safety pins on either side of the mend for you to view in another photo. Dimensions - 104" W x 95" L Photos are taken on a QUEEN-size mattress, and each side of the comforter has a 17.5" drop. The mattress measures 60" W x 80" L Smoke-free/pet-free environment.
