Description: RARE Vintage 1992 The Real Ghostbusters Series 1 heroes with proto packs and ghosts Lot of 3 Heroes with their corresponding proton packs and ghosts. Jocsa/Kenner Argentina Variant Calling all serious RGB collectors ! Looking for something rare, fun and different to add to your ghostbusters collection, or have you completed your US Kenner RGB collection? ….then starting your Jocsa variant collection is a must. Jocsa was a South American toy company that got the licensing for many Kenner products for release. Most of their The Real Ghostbusters line was produced in 1992. Aside from their poor quality control, Jocsa also took liberties with the line, including producing variations of the Ecto 1 and water squirting heroes that weren’t released by Kenner in any other market. In this case Jocsa manufactured the companion ghosts in opaque colored plastics (US and UK Kenner versions are transparent). A completely unique color scheme/ paint application for all four of the heroes. The proton streams are also different color and shape than the Kenner US and UK releases. The figures are in excellent condition, mint off of the card, and comes from my personal collection. I bought this from a seller in Argentina years ago and the figure have been on display in my glass display case ever since. Joints on all of the ghostbusters are stiff, and paint errors or spots where it may be missing is how they were originally manufactured (poor quality control) these are in fresh off of card condition.
