Description: This is a beautiful radio. It looked great in the display case. It works ok. It has a very clean battery area. No corrosion damage. Although it tuned stations in as expected, it might need adjustments. Static is sometimes heard with movement or tapping the radio top. I have not tried making any adjustments or disassembly beyond what you see in the photos. The chassis is solid, with only one tiny chip missing on one corner. The leather case is still soft and pliable. There is a name written inside the leather case but not visible unless opened. This is a old radio that is very nice but not perfect. There are some scratches and one chip. All visible in the pics. This radio came from a locally-owned electronic repair and sales business that has closed. They built and repaired tube amplifiers, ham radios, stereo equipment,and other electronic gadgets throughout his lifetime. The owner passed away in 2018. I bought the remaining contents and inventory from a relative who needed the stores warehouse cleaned out. I have been trying to sort tens of thousands of tubes, gadgets, dusty boxes of parts, junk, vintage electric surplus, and new-old stock parts. I list these items as I get time.
