We offer 2 types of replacements: - Soldered Battery: these are soldered directly to the game cartridge board, and are not easily replacable in the futrue. - User Replacable: these are easily replaced using a "gamebit" driver to open the cartridge and popping in a new coin cell battery. Supported game cartridges are: Super Nintendo, NES, and Gameboy/Gameboy Color games that use CR1616 batteries. If you select this for a Gameboy/Gameboy color game that uses CR2025 or CR2032, we will replace with a user replacable CR1616. How it works:You send us your game (make sure it's packaged with enough padding as to not get damaged) and we'll clean the cartridge, backup your save file, and replace the battery and then test it before packaging it up and sending it back to you.After placing your order, we'll send you a message with shipping instructions.
