CONDITION - The ol' fella is in ok condition.......The pages are overall good, with tears on the front and content pages, with stains on a few of the top corners margins, and all the bottom margin areas have darker stains - but the stains do not go into the text,....……Some of the front cover is torn away, and almost all of the back cover is gone - please look at the pictures in the gallery to see the damage............Even with the damage, this is still a purty good ol' keepsake ……I think you will be pleased with it.........
