Description: SCHRADE/UNCLE HENRYBig-Frame Hunter Pocketknife, Vintage: This knife has been to work. It came to me out of square and lock was frozen. I repaired the central (spring) pin and re-set the back-spring, using a washer to further tighten the frame without endangering the plastic around the pin; my hammer skill is rudimentary. Blade has been sharpened aggressively but carefully; no gouges or scrapes. It's easy to eat-up carbon steel with a whet-stone; obviously the owner used the knife hard. Appearance is pretty good; all shines well considering its mileage. Makes an impressive EDC, or a brave anchor for a Schrade display; value is vintage, still-usefulness, and rugged appearance. Mailing only to USA-48. Postage is usually between $5.00 and $6.26. Buyer pays $4.00, I will pay the rest. Please see my other knives and save postage. I am liquidating my entire collection; please keep me in your favorite sellers, watching for Old Bryan's Old Knives or the seller name below.
