Description: Up for Sale is a First Generation Shimano Trinidad 30, Out of Production A medium/heavy saltwater/freshwater high speed jigging/ casting reel. Right-Handed. Great on an 8 or 9ft jig stick for surface irons for yellowtail and school grade tuna. One of my favorite reels that I still fish regularly. This reel was another "works great" Ebay rescue. Replaced spool, handle and ARB bearings and now is as nice and smooth. Freespool is nice and centrifugal brakes operate perfectly. Strong, smooth carbontex carbon fiber drag upgrade Eccentric lever was originally broken and was replaced with a suitable substitute that I hand painted with durable automotive lacquer to get as close to original color as possible. Slightly larger than a stock eccentric, will be easier to operate. Has scratches, boat rash/ wear and probably could tell a story or two.
