Condition: This cap was from a wider Stanley Transitional plane but it is wide enough to fit various larger Stanley planes, like the 4 1/2, 5 1/2, 6, and 7 planes. Great way to get a wider lever cap at a discount over the smooth front versions - will function the same. Please view the photos for the condition. I test fit the parts I sell on two different planes to ensure they function properly, but I typically do not clean the parts I sell. They are usually dirty/rusty as they are old and the photos best show any rust, dust, etc. you'll need to clean off of the part.
