Description: The Home Shopping Network (HSN) has a patented line of jewelry called TECHNIBOND. What that refers to is 40 mils of 14k gold bonded to 925 sterling silver. 40 mils is way higher than the industry standard. There is no mystery metal - just gold and silver. They use both genuine, lab created as well as cubic zirconia (CZs) stones in their jewelry. Lab created stones have the same physical, chemical and most importantly optical quality as the mother nature grown stones without the natural flaws. During the 80s and 90s I purchased a lot of this jewelry and will be sharing it over the next few months. For your consideration today is one of the many CZ charms I purchased during the 90s. This charm measures approximately 1/2" and weighs in at a substantial 5 grams. The cube is a beautiful deep apricot color although it was sold as Champagne. The cube is in good condition - as stated above no chips or dings. The spring ring clasp is marked 925. The marking on the cube is difficult to read but I garnered THAI LIRM.
