Binding/hinges are tight/strong...no spine cracks. 2 or 3 smallish library stamps, and a few dozen small, light oil spots. Five small edge-tears are repaired. One corner chip is repaired. Interior is otherwise clean. Book is presentable and solid/robust. Cover has new slip-on poly sleeve.
