Description: Lovely old copy of "'Thoughts that Breathe and Words that Burn,' from the Writings of Francis Bacon." The book is overall in very good condition with some minor signs of wear and age. It is undated but circa sometime around the very early 1900's (or possibly even the very late 1800's). The covers only have some minor wear. The binding is good and sound. The interior is lightly toned from age but mostly nice and clean, though there may be the occasional page with a light bit of foxing or grubbiness. Along with that, there may be the very occasional page with some kind of other minor imperfection, such as a creased page corner, minor stain or marking, minor interior crack, etc. Generally though, it's a nice copy. The book measures approximately 5 7/8 inches by 3 5/8 inches and is 206 pages long with a black and white frontispiece portrait. Please look at all of the photos to further note the condition.
