Description: GORGEOUS bohemian or steampunk or vampire goth FANCY ruched blouse with long loose sleeves, flounces on each wrist formed by elastic.. hooks and eyes all the way down the front to close, large double layer flounced collar that cascades down the front. Bodice front and back has a lining, sleeves are sheer. Back is ruched, and there is a peplum flounce on the bottom. All white, semi shiny sheen finish on the fabric. Please note, there is a small yellow pen? highlighter? pen stroke mark on the elastic part of the right wrist/sleeve. Photo shown; it's not very dark at ALL but is there.
