Description: This auction is for a Series of 1922 One Hundred Dollars Gold Certificate from the United States. Graded Very Fine 25 Details by PCGS Banknote with comments of "Repaired Pinholes, Spindle Hole" on the back. This note is obviously circulated and has the following: heavy folding and wear (also has heavier creases and areas of wrinkled folding); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, dark and dirty areas, grease stains, areas of discoloration, foreign substance including reddish areas); heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough in areas and oddly cut); edge indents/nicks (due to the note being in the holder I can't tell if there are any tears); surface wear and fraying (areas of paper loss exist); in addition to the spindle hole there are many scattered smaller holes.
