Description: Pretty and petit. An oval about 4mm opal is prong set with a tiny rhinestone on the side. I believe the opal is a triple - hints are the coloring, the layers and the dark backing. The ring is size 8 1/4, and a warm gold color. It is marked 18K HE (Heavy Gold Electroplate) and with an "A" in a circle - the hallmark for Arthur M Anderson. The back of the band is worn, but the face look very good. Arthur M Anderson made jewelry (mostly costume) starting in the 1930s.
