Vintage 1950s Iridescent Party Dress, 50s Full Skirt Evening Gown Prom Dress

Description: Size: XXS Garment MeasurementsWaist: 23.5"Bust: 33.5"Hips: openShoulder to hem: 45" in front, 47" in back This lovely vintage 50s evening gown is made from dupioni silk with a beautiful iridescent coppery orange color. It has an eye catching collared neckline covered in gold sequins and a full flowy skirt which falls to about the mid or upper calf. The dress closes with a partial zipper in the back, and the skirt is lined for a little extra volume. Condition: This dress presents beautifully when worn, but it has a few flaws to note. There are a few small brown stains in the skirt, a couple are in the lower half of the skirt front, and there is one in the back of the skirt near the waist. Due to the fullness of the skirt, these spots are not immediately obvious when worn. There are also three tears of the fabric along the waist seam in the back of the dress. These have been reinforced by hand stitching and should be fine to wear without causing further damage. Please see the last photo for closeups of all flaws mentioned.
