Description: Here we have a unique collection of 8 vintage coloring books you see in the photo. I'll list each below describing condition - I collect and deal in old comics so I'll refer to that scale for grading but will also offer some detailed notes on each book. Here they are from left to right according the picture. Star Princess and Pluto by Whitman in 1980 - This book is in Near Mint condition, 9.0 at least. No pages have been colored. It's flat, complete and tightly - perfectly bound - A fantastic example. Wonder Woman Faces The Menace of the Mole Men by Whitman in 1975 is in Fine, 6.0 - 2 pages have been expertly colored mid way through the book - it's pretty thick, actually a big long comic. Overall, it's in great shape - A single crease on the back cover where someone thumbed it. Wonder Woman Coloring Book by Whitman in 1979 - This one is like new. No colored pages. It truly has the look and feel of a new book. NM 9.0 at least. Smokey The Bear by Whitman in 1958 - This one is also like new. No colored pages - Cover and paper are excellent. color and gloss to the color are as new. NM 9.0 at least. Li'l Abner by Saalfield in 1941 - In great shape overall - cover presents very nicely. The cover is a Fine-. The interior, however, is colored on 12 of 31 pages. Still, a lovely book. Li'l Abner 144 pages! by Saalfield in 1941 - 18 of the pages in this book are colored but many of them have a red '15' scribbled at the lower right area of the page so that's the extent of the coloring. The cover is excellent and the square binding is strong. There is some red crayon scribbled on the back cover so VG/FN overall. Prince Valiant by Saalfield in 1957. This one is in excellent like-new condition. No pages have been colored. Amazingly, it has the same quality as the Smokey The Bear and the 1979 Wonder Woman - Truly like new. Finally, we have Elsie The Cow and Her Twins by Saalfield in 1957. It's also in like-new shape with no colored pages. Please feel free to ask questions.
