Description: This is a vintage sterling puffy heart charm. There is an image of two hearts with a rope lassoed around them on the front. The seams of the heart are sealed, and there are no dents or dings. The charm is marked sterling on the back, has the mark for Walter Lampl, and has a great patina, though it could use a bit of a polish in spots on the back. It measures 3/4 of an inch high and just over 5/8 of an inch at its widest and weighs 1.7 grams. I do combine shipping charges, if you buy more than one item.
