Description: Chunky vintage enamel and copper medallion pendant by Matisse in the style called "Gracelet". Featuring a large thick round copper disc medallion with mottled opaque white enamel swirls against a translucent white enamel background and translucent gold enamel center for a modernist abstract look. Good to very good vintage condition, light wear. Pendant measures 1/8" thick and 1 5/8" in diameter, weighs12.1 grams. Unsigned as the Matisse signature would have been on the chain clasp; this listing is for the pendant only as I don't have the chain necklace.
