Box is constructed of 5/16"" thick solid walnut for the sides Maple for the top and bottom. Box assembled using a barefaced housing joint. Includes Paperwork describing contents. Retailed by the W.B. Gresge Co. of Chicago. Refinished using several coats of MinWax Satin Varnish and hand polished to a soft luster using 0000 steel wool and paste wax. Solid brass hardware in good working condition.
