Description: Mid-century era (1950s?) vinyl pocket protector pen holder sleeve. This item is from the Milwaukee, WI area— North Ave, Hilltop exchange, with an old-style phone number consisting of letters and numbers (this is a true giveaway of the age!) The vinyl is still pliable and not cracked or split. Screen printing is still legible. There are a lot of marks and stains from previous use. Item was washed carefully and these marks did not budge.
