Description: Vintage Sanyo Channel Master jet black model 6506 pocket transistor radio. Set was manufactured in 1959 in Japan. The radio is in good physical condition, as pictured. There is a small chip out of the rear left corner, as well as some slightly cracked plastic near the bottom right corner. The radio powered on with 4-AA batteries. While the radio picked up the stations I would expect, the radio was not as responsive to an increase in volume as I would have expected. Please note that I do not restore sets myself, and provide them in as-found condition. The original leather case is included here. The top carrying strap is broken, but the case still provides good protection. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
