This oval shell is finished in silver on the edges. The circular opening at the top is trimmed with a well-detailed silver design (perhaps a sun symbol?). The bail is beautiful, made in open work, hinged, and will accommodate a chain up to 5mm in diameter. It measures 2 1/4 tall including the ring. The MOP is 2 5/8 by 1 3/16 wide. The opening is 3/8 in diameter. The pendant is marked on the edge of the bail. It is a partial stamp. It was tested to verify the sterling content. It is in excellent condition, but there is a bit of reinforcement glue from manufacturing on the back.
