Description: Up for sell today is an 8 5/8" wide salad plate, maker is Theodore Haviland, made in Limoges France for a Dallas Texas company, The Sanger Brothers. They have an interesting story dating from the 1850's thru 1920's. Gold gilded rim with a /Z design on the rim, I also have dinner plates to match these, listed in my store; also, lots of other white dishes with gold trim from many different makers, the lady collected all types of the white dishes with gold, as they can all go together nicely.
