Description: Offered here is vintage store display sign made of particle-board, Masonite or some similar wood based material. The left & right sides have a metal strip. (No metal strip on the top or bottom, I think it was made this way.) It has spaces for various sized locks and lists their original prices. (The cheapest price was 35 Cents and the most expensive is 99 Cents.) At the top, it reads, "GLOBEMASTER PADLOCKS - Hardened Steel Shackles - Rust Resistant Plating - Rugged Laminated Steel Cases." In small print, the bottom is marked, "Manufactured For Globemaster Houston, Texas 77055." It measures 16 inches long and is 12 & 1/4 inches wide. There are a total of 4 cleanly drilled holes near the top. I "THINK this was made in the 1960's - give or take. The condition is VERY GOOD, with a few scratches in the surface paint. There are a few white paint marks on the BACK of the sign. It displays very nicely, and is guaranteed to be old & original, or your money back. I am here to help you with any questions!
