Description: Vintage hand blown vase designed by Don Shepherd for Blenko Glass, WV. This is model number 8018 in cobalt blue from the Facet Line, introduced in the early 1980s. Measures 5" tall and is 4-3/4" wide. Prominent pontil scar on bottom. In excellent condition with no chips or cracks. There is a bubble in the glass that can be seen from the bottom only. Slight scratching on bottom from contact with surface. Slight surface scratching on one side. See last three photos for detail. I have included a photo of the 1981 Blenko catalog that features the Facet line, including #8018.
