Description: This is brand new in the plastic. However, the tin does have some scratches and a bit of rust throughout from being in my garage for years. The mug itself is in perfect new condition. Note: I don't accept returns but that's for a reason, if I did people want to return everything like Amazon lets them do. I don't allow that. However, if you have an issue with a defective item or it got damaged during shipping, we will of course come to an acceptable agreement between us that works out for both parties. Most of my items, if an open box, are tested and inspected fully before I list them.
