Description: Marked on bottom made in Czechoslovakia. I needed to use some natural light to show the stamp. The bottom is not white. Beautiful piece! Unfortunately the stopper has a couple flaws There is a piece of glass missing on one side of scallop edge The bottom of the stopper is not smooth This is still a great piece The stopper could be changed but you can't really see the flaws unless you are looking for it.
