Inner sac would need replacement, and in my observation, the J bar inside needs to be aligned back into position, it looks off to one side. easy fix with small foreceps etc when replacing the innk sac. Otherwise very nice condition, see pics. The gold plating is somewhat tarnish, may be work in a few spots, but is very nice, because of its age I assume.
