Check picture number three as it will show that there is a slight warping of the handrails in that one area only. Unit Has its own foam insert but I do not have the plastic cover or the outside box for this unit. Unit will be carefully packaged to prevent any damage during shipping. Unit price of $90 has taken into account the missing box and the warp in the handrails. Decoder manufacturer is 129 and the decoder version is 255. Flat rate shipping of $20 is for the lower 48 states only and for this item only. If shipping is less than $20, I will refund the difference less two dollars.
