Unless otherwise stated (or obvious), it is best to assume they have undergone a proper disassembling and multistage paint-stripping process to my own standards in preparation of personally painting them. With exception, that work has been done for you. Discoloration can occur. Some residual paint or glue may remain. Old blisters can crack or come loose where originally glued, but the contents are present, as depicted in photos. If you are concerned about the blister or card, inquire.
