Tin Man's entire body and Dorothy's Ruby Slippers are sticky and some surface has rubbed off. This is very common with these plushies. All plushies have very faint stale smell, like basement/attic. I have tried to mitigate this smell by sealing each plushie in a plastic bag with Baking Soda, which removed most of the smell. Then I brushed all the Baking Soda off.
