Description: Well you probably won't ever see another necklace like this again. It is a Mongolian 19th century fire starter made of silver, iron and leather. It used to hold a piece of flint and was worn by Mongolian nomads around the waist. I put it together with a huge 188 gram sterling 16 inch necklace. Very Dramatic, I received so many compliments on this piece over the years and also used it on my shows. A great addition to any Chinese antique collection with the added bonus of a Hollywood history. To my E-Bay buyers, My name is Joseph Porro. I am a twice nominated Hollywood Costume Designer. My latest Emmy nomination was for the Disney show "The Mandalorian". I have worked for over 45 years in the film and television industry and designed for hundreds of famous stars. I am now retiring from the business and selling my extensive collection of one of a kind custom made and designer wardrobe pieces and a vast and unusual collection of vintage and custom made jewelry. You can check me out on IMDB and Google search. Over the next several months I will be listing pieces from my collection. It's time to give these treasures a new home.
