To arrange the return of an item, please email us direct at sales@dmbdirect.co.uk DMB Direct does not offer a free returns service. The return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. The customer must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods. The item must then be returned within 14 days of receipt at the customers own expense for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different item. We will not accept returns or exchanges after this period. This is in addition to the Distance Selling Regulations. Please return the original dispatch note, clearly indicating the reason for return and whether you require an exchange or refund. If you no longer have the original dispatch note, please include a note with your full name, email address and full postal address together with your requirements. The item must be returned unused and in its original undamaged packaging with all included accessories. All goods will be inspected on return before a refund or exchange is issued. If the item is not in its original condition or if the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. DMB Direct will not be responsible for losses or damage during the returns process. We also strongly recommend that you use a traceable postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning, i.e. Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery.
